Lipstick Queen are a very fashion conscious brand and scratch cards were seen as an appropriate marketing tool. They appealed to their youthful target audience, were easy to distribute at the event and the ‘Instant Win’ game was easy to control throughout the time of exhibition – Scratch card printing is just one of the great retail business ideas that Northstar can offer its customers.

The scratch cards were primarily used to create interest in the Lipstick Queen product and generate footfall to the stand. Our solution utilised our Mix’n’Match scratch cards. We created a simple win / lose game with a number of variables. The cards were printed at A6 size as the larger format was intended to make more of an impact than smaller regular sizes.
The cards were very successful and succeeded in creating footfall and visitors to their stand.
